Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organiser. Cancellations made before 23 September will be refunded less 50% of the registration fee. After 23 September no refunds will be allowed. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise of any name changes.
