SYMPOSIUM FEES & REGISTRATION

Full registration includes morning and afternoon teas, lunch on both days, the symposium dinner and the Knowledge Café breakfast. All delegates attending the symposium must complete the online registration above.

CANCELLING YOUR SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION

Cancellations received on or before 21st October 2010 will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. All cancellations must be received in writing (mail, email or fax). No refunds will be made for cancel­lations for the Symposium after 21st October 2010.

The HEALTH: THE WEALTH OF THE NATION Symposium aims to highlight the current state of our health system and the relationships we as health care professionals develop with those in our communities with particular emphasis on how we effectively support the ‘health & wellbeing’ of our communities on a long term basis.

This event will give you as a community health professional the opportunity to evaluate the perspectives and supporting research presented by prominent commentators in the health sector and network with other health professionals and related community groups.

If you’re a nurse practitioner or are just keen to hear about what’s going on with nurse practitioners the New Zealand Nurse Practitioners will be holding a one day Nurse Practitioners Conference at AUT following the Health: The Wealth of the Nation Symposium and invite those attending the Symposium to attend this event as well.
